With the exception of certain offers to speak at Service Clubs, and some associations, either in the Greater Atlanta area, or in the city Dave happens to be booked in, the following rates apply:

45 minute keynote - $2,000

1-2 hour seminar/workshop - $3,000

3 hour seminar/workshop - $4,000
These rates are for greater Atlanta areas. Workshops will include hand-out materials that allow participants to make notes, and establish exercise goals and objectives for themselves.
Out of town engagements book for $1,000 more in each category plus all travel expenses*
*Travel and hotel expenses will be invoiced separately. Dave will be traveling from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International airport and requests:
- Standard coach airfare on a U.S. carrier
- Standard hotel accommodations plus meals
- Airport Parking & Transfers
