Dave speaks from what he has a lot of—experience! Aldous Huxley said, "Experience is not what happens to you. It is what you do with what happens to you." Much has happened in Dave’s life—some good, some not so good—and Dave has done a lot with it. Through it all, he has learned what is really important; in life, and in business.

His desire to educate, entertain and inspire people started literally in his childhood. At the age of eight he actually made a lectern from scraps of wood and invited his parents and siblings (6 in all), to sit in the walnut orchard and listen to him speak. The rest is history!

Possibly Dave’s greatest talent is his ability to adapt both his message and his style to fit the desired outcome of any particular event. It matters not whether the group numbers 20 people or 20,000; whether they are in finance, technology, sales, HR or a mix of everything. Whether the mood is celebratory or serious, you'll find Dave has a remarkable way of providing just the right blend of uplifting inspiration, timeless and memorable solutions, and the depth of insight you need.

Dave ultimately strives for what he calls “distant-recall”.
